?What is “NEPCON JAPAN”？

NEPCON JAPAN is Asia's leading electronicdesign, development and manufacturing technology fair.

NEPCON JAPAN is a comprehensive exhibitionof "electronic packaging & manufacturing". With the developmentof the Japanese electronics industry, it has been growing and growing. Theexhibition includes 7 major thematic exhibition areas such as IC packagingtechnology, printed circuit boards and electronic components.
